At CVA, safety and performance are our top priorities. We rigorously assess new ammunition technologies to ensure they meet the compatibility standards of our firearms. CVA strictly prohibits the use of Peak Alloy Cartridges in ALL CVA break-action firearms, including Scout, Hunter and Apex models. While Peak Alloy Cartridges are confirmed to be fully supported for use in CVA Cascade platforms, performing safely and effectively within their design parameters, recent evaluations of this new ammunition have shown that these cartridges produce chamber pressures that surpass the safe operating limits of CVA break-action firearm platforms.

Summary:

• STRICT PROHIBITION: The use of Peak Alloy ammunition is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in ALL CVA break-action firearms, including but not limited to, the Scout, Hunter, and Apex models. This ammunition is NOT APPROVED NOR SAFE for use in these platforms.
• RISK OF CATASTROPHIC FAILURE: Using Peak Alloy ammunition in CVA break-action firearms can generate chamber pressures that significantly exceed the firearm’s safety limits. This can result in CATASTROPHIC FIREARM FAILURE, and potentially cause SEVERE, PERMANENT INJURY, OR DEATH to the shooter and anyone nearby.
• OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY: It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the firearm owner to read, understand, and comply with ALL safety warnings and instructions provided by CVA. Failure to comply with this warning will be considered NEGLIGENT USE of the product.
• APPROVED FOR USE in any/all CVA Cascade platforms

CVA DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY for any damage, injury, or death resulting from the use of Peak Alloy ammunition in CVA break-action firearms. Use of Peak Alloy ammunition in CVA break-action firearms voids all warranties.
